NOTE: I do not subscribe to any religion. I once believed in Masoretic Text translations until I dug deeper and came to a different conclusion during my search through Christian denominational teachings, their leaders, and the roots of how they started, while reading the Bible itself verse by verse a few times (many translations) or more to match up their beliefs to the spiritual book they claim to follow and believe in themselves. If you ask me what I believe, I would say what the scholarly census has agreed upon, even if the decision board doesn't agree with them because they're worried about the faith of humanity for what they were taught to believe despite it contradicting evidence. Anything I've studied, watched, read is added here to help you see how I got to this point to help others who are curious too.

These verses are from the JW.org NWT bible translation, underneath I found the Hebrew/Greek from BibleHub's Strong to check it. However, you can use their purple book, their own Greek interlinear, which makes this super easy because their translation is right next to the Greek or their online one. Underneath that in blue highlight, will be my notes of my analysis.

Exo 23:22

However, if you strictly obey his voice and do all that I say, I will show hostility to your enemies and oppose those who oppose you.

you will listen carefully

שָׁמֹ֤עַ (šā·mō·a‘)

Verb - Qal - Infinitive absolute

Strong's 8085: To hear intelligently

to his voice

בְּקֹל֔וֹ (bə·qō·lōw

Preposition-b | Noun - masculine singular construct | third person masculine singular

Strong's 6963: A voice, sound

Seems small, but to use "strictly" to the organization that they mean to be God himself seems at least to be a narrative push.

Job 26:5

Those who are powerless in death tremble; They are even lower than the waters and their inhabitants.

The dead

הָרְפָאִ֥ים (hā·rə·p̄ā·’îm)

Article | Noun - masculine plural

Strong's 7496: Shades, ghosts

Seems to me we are not sure if people are having feelings after death or not all of a sudden. However, if you were to study the Greek Septuagint and its importance, this talks about "giants" instead. But NWT doesn't base their translation off it. So, this is their contradiction.

Pro 10:21

The lips of the righteous one nourish many, But the foolish die for lack of sense.

The lips

שִׂפְתֵ֣י (śip̄·ṯê)

Noun - fdc

Strong's 8193: The lip, language, a margin

of the righteous

צַ֭דִּיק (ṣad·dîq)

Adjective - masculine singular

Strong's 6662: Just, righteous

feed

יִרְע֣וּ (yir·‘ū)

Verb - Qal - Imperfect - third person masculine plural

Strong's 7462: To tend a, flock, pasture it, in, to graze, to rule, to associate with

Adding "one" to go along with their self-fulfilled "prophecy" of themselves being the "faithful discreet slave" parable.

Micah 6:8

He has told you, O man, what is good. And what is Jehovah requiring of you? Only to exercise justice, to cherish loyalty, And to walk in modesty with your God!

to love

וְאַ֣הֲבַת (wə·’a·hă·ḇaṯ)

Conjunctive waw | Verb - Qal - Infinitive construct

Strong's 160: Love (noun)

mercy,

חֶ֔סֶד (ḥe·seḏ)

Noun - masculine singular

Strong's 2617: Kindness, piety, reproof, beauty

Seems like another narrative push to be loyal to the Organization/a.k.a "Jehovah"

Mat 2:2

saying: "Where is the one born king of the Jews? For we saw his star when we were in the East, and we have come to do obeisance to him.

star

Strong's 3588: The, the definite article. Including the feminine he, and the neuter to in all their inflections; the definite article; the.

east

ἀνατολῇ (anatolē)

Noun - Dative Feminine Singular

Strong's 395: From anatello; a rising of light, i.e. Dawn; by implication, the east.

Seems to me they added these words for their "the star was from Satan" myth. If that's true then the prophecy which was made by God, would mean Gods Satan. Also, could be the don't worship Jesus bias. Or could even be a bias to anyone other than Jews worshipping God since they were obviously dedicated and waited, and they've taken the place of the Jews and don't want that.

Mat 24:3

While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?"

coming

παρουσίας (parousias)

Noun - Genitive Feminine Singular

Strong's 3952: From the present participle of pareimi; a being near, i.e. Advent; physically, aspect.

age?”

αἰῶνος (aiōnos)

Noun - Genitive Masculine Singular

Strong's 165: From the same as aei; properly, an age; by extension, perpetuity; by implication, the world; specially a Messianic period.

Narrative push to say Jesus came invisibly instead of sticking to "coming" which sounds too physical. Where do they get "the system of things"? The word is "Aion" from Hellenistic Greek: αἰών, romanized: aión, lit. 'long period of time'. "System" has its own greek: systēma "organized whole, a whole compounded of parts," from stem of synistanai "to place together, organize, form in order," from syn- "together" (see syn-) + root of histanai "cause to stand" (from PIE root *sta- "to stand, make or be firm"). The notion is "a combination or assemblage of parts or things forming or adjusted as a regular and connected whole."

Mat 26:28

for this means my 'blood of the covenant,' which is to be poured out in behalf of many for forgiveness of sins.

However, he did not let him but said to him: "Go home to your relatives, and report to them all the things Jehovah has done for you and the mercy he has shown you

the

Article - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 3588: The, the definite article. Including the feminine he, and the neuter to in all their inflections; the definite article; the.

Lord

Κύριός (Kyrios)

Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 2962: Lord, master, sir; the Lord. From kuros; supreme in authority, i.e. controller; by implication, Master.

Why do they tell the people that he likely used Gods name here? Where is that proof? If he did, the people around him would of flipped for saying the sacred name and we'd have a different story.

Luk 16:16

"The Law and the Prophets were until John. From then on, the Kingdom of God is being declared as good news, and every sort of person is pressing forward toward it.

is forcing his way

βιάζεται (biazetai)

Personal / Possessive Pronoun - Accusative Feminine 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 846: He, she, it, they, them, same. From the particle au; the reflexive pronoun self, used of the third person, and of the other persons.

To stay into it, meant it was already here, not in 1914. I think it's weird, that they have good news after the kingdom of God as well, but not sure.

 Luk 17:20

On being asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God was coming, he answered them: "The Kingdom of God is not coming with striking observableness;

of God

Θεοῦ (Theou)

Noun - Genitive Masculine Singular

Verb - Present Indicative Middle or Passive - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 2064: To come, go.

παρατηρήσεως (paratērēseōs)

Noun - Genitive Feminine Singular

Strong's 3907: Observation, careful watching. From paratereo; inspection, i.e. Ocular evidence.

Is that not weird? I feel like its to push their "invisible" stuff.

Luk 22:29

and I make a covenant with you, just as my Father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom

bestow

διατίθεμαι (diatithemai)

Verb - Present Indicative Middle - 1st Person Singular

Strong's 4771: You. The person pronoun of the second person singular; thou.

a kingdom,

βασιλείαν (basileian)

Noun - Accusative Feminine Singular

Strong's 932: From basileus; properly, royalty, i.e. rule, or a realm.

just as

καθὼς (kathōs)

Adverb

Strong's 2531: According to the manner in which, in the degree that, just as, as. From kata and hos; just as, that.

Is this a play with words to tie into vrs 20 to introduce their idea of ruling with jesus as angels over the earth? At the very least... they've misplaced "a kingdom" before "Just as". Why?

Joh 1:1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god

was

ἦν (ēn)

Verb - Imperfect Indicative Active - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 1510: I am, exist. The first person singular present indicative; a prolonged form of a primary and defective verb; I exist.

God.

Θεὸς (Theos)

Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 2316: A deity, especially the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very.

They just shouldn't have, and I don't believe in the trinity either. The source they got this translation from is by a "catholic (home they bash and hate) spiritist" whose wife got a message from an angel (in occult sources post). You do not need to alter it to understand it as not trinity. More accurately it is said it should be "It", since this is john who writes poetically like the poems of wisdom and they use "She", for the Hebraic way of writing/understanding.

Joh 1:2

This one was in the beginning with God.

He

Οὗτος (Houtos)

Demonstrative Pronoun - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 3778: This; he, she, it.

was

ἦν (ēn)

Verb - Imperfect Indicative Active - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 1510: I am, exist. The first person singular present indicative; a prolonged form of a primary and defective verb; I exist.

with

πρὸς (pros)

Preposition

Strong's 4314: To, towards, with. A strengthened form of pro; a preposition of direction; forward to, i.e. Toward.

Where is "one"? Bias to saying Michael was there with God?

Joh 6:40

For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day.

and

καὶ (kai)

Conjunction

Strong's 2532: And, even, also, namely.

believes

πιστεύων (pisteuōn)

Verb - Present Participle Active - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 4100: From pistis; to have faith, i.e. Credit; by implication, to entrust.

in

εἰς (eis)

Preposition

Strong's 1519: A primary preposition; to or into, of place, time, or purpose; also in adverbial phrases.

I might be being picky, but to add exercise, I feel like that goes into their work for your salvation bias.

Joh 6:56

Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood remains in union with me, and I in union with him.

remains

μένει (menei)

Verb - Present Indicative Active - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 3306: To remain, abide, stay, wait; with acc: I wait for, await. A primary verb; to stay.

in

ἐν (en)

Preposition

Strong's 1722: In, on, among. A primary preposition denoting position, and instrumentality, i.e. A relation of rest; 'in, ' at, on, by, etc.

I really dislike how they downplay the connection we have with God and His Son and use it for their "reborn" hate bias. Or maybe even their "anointed" class dogma. One out of many verses they do this.

Joh 14:14

If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.

If

ἐάν (ean)

Conjunction

Strong's 1437: If. From ei and an; a conditional particle; in case that, provided, etc.

you ask

αἰτήσητέ (aitēsēte)

Verb - Aorist Subjunctive Active - 2nd Person Plural

Strong's 154: To ask, request, petition, demand. Of uncertain derivation; to ask.

Me

με (me)

Personal / Possessive Pronoun - Accusative 1st Person Singular

Strong's 1473: I, the first-person pronoun. A primary pronoun of the first person I.

Removing "Me" in bias to their not worshipping Jesus, nor praying to him and to him being just an angel and not worthy of having worship despite God saying he will be made to be so in OT. Not being true to scripture at the very least.

Joh 14:21

Whoever has my commandments and observes them is the one who loves me. In turn, whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will clearly show myself to him."

keeps

τηρῶν (tērōn)

Verb - Present Participle Active - Nominative Masculine Singular

Strong's 5083: From teros; to guard, i.e. To note; by implication, to detain; by extension, to withhold; by extension, to withhold.

Why use observe? because "keeps" is too black and white inside the church/organization? Since they go pretty grey once a member?

*******

and

καὶ (kai)

Conjunction

Strong's 2532: And, even, also, namely.

reveal

ἐμφανίσω (emphanisō)

Verb - Future Indicative Active - 1st Person Singular

Strong's 1718: To make visible (manifest); hence: I report (inform) against; pass: I appear before. From emphanes; to exhibit or disclose.

Myself

ἐμαυτόν (emauton)

Personal / Possessive Pronoun - Accusative Masculine 1st Person Singular

Strong's 1683: Genitive case compound of emou and autos; of myself so likewise the dative case emautoi em-ow-to', and accusative case emauton em-ow-ton'.

"Clearly" seems to be added, and I would think it's because its bias to their 1919, They were chosen out of all the churches by Jesus dogma bias.

Joh 17:3

This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Chris

that

ἵνα (hina)

Conjunction

Strong's 2443: In order that, so that. Probably from the same as the former part of heautou; in order that.

they may know

γινώσκωσιν (ginōskōsin)

Verb - Present Subjunctive Active - 3rd Person Plural

Strong's 1097: A prolonged form of a primary verb; to 'know' in a great variety of applications and with many implications.

Why add "coming to", my inclination is toward the way they push that their followers are too stupid to understand immediately for themselves, even though the eunuch ran off immediately after baptism and many others who were healed by Jesus. To have eternal life, is to know God, perhaps that's too easy.

Act 15:29

to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from what is strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you carefully keep yourselves from these things, you will prosper. Good health to you!

from food sacrificed to idols,

εἰδωλοθύτων (eidōlothytōn)

Adjective - Genitive Neuter Plural

Strong's 1494: Neuter of a compound of eidolon and a presumed derivative of thuo; an image-sacrifice, i.e. Part of an idolatrous offering.

Things? why not say "offerings" to not make it look like the blood is based off of "offerings" to the temple rather than individual subjects to cherry pick?

*****

Farewell.”

Ἔρρωσθε (Errōsthe)

Verb - Perfect Imperative Middle or Passive - 2nd Person Plural

Strong's 4517: Prolongation from rhoomai; to strengthen, i.e. have health.

If that's not adding I don't know what is. Thats clearly a bias toward medical understanding, which wasn't a thing back at these times. You can try and make myths up, but nope, clearly this was meant about offerings...not things, not health. Just the one and only time they had to come together to stop the law keepers and mad made rules off their backs.

Act 16:31

They said: "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will get saved, you and your household."

you will be saved,

σωθήσῃ (sōthēsē)

Verb - Future Indicative Passive - 2nd Person Singular

Strong's 4982: To save, heal, preserve, rescue. From a primary sos; to save, i.e. Deliver or protect.

Being picky, but that leaves room for it to take some time rather than it happening right then. That seems fishy.

Act 16:32

Then they spoke the word of Jehovah to him together with all those in his house.

of the

τοῦ (tou)

Article - Genitive Masculine Singular

Strong's 3588: The, the definite article. Including the feminine he, and the neuter to in all their inflections; the definite article; the.

Lord

κυρίου (kyriou)

Noun - Genitive Masculine Singular

Strong's 2962: Lord, master, sir; the Lord. From kuros; supreme in authority, i.e. controller; by implication, Master.

To add his name when it says "Lord", and not tetragram anywhere in NT, you are adding your bias. This "Lord" can be either way, the context seems to be Jesus right before, so here it would still most likely be Jesus. To put the name "Jehovah" is bias on waiting till baptism that saves you, after you read a bunch of books (WT literature).

Act 20:28

Pay attention to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the holy spirit has appointed you overseers, to shepherd the congregation of God, which he purchased with the blood of his own Son.

has made

ἔθετο (etheto)

Verb - Aorist Indicative Middle - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 4771: You. The person pronoun of the second person singular; thou.

overseers.

ἐπισκόπους (episkopous)

Noun - Accusative Masculine Plural

Strong's 1985: From epi and skopos; a superintendent, i.e. Christian officer in genitive case charge of a church.

church

ἐκκλησίαν (ekklēsian)

Noun - Accusative Feminine Singular

Strong's 1577: From a compound of ek and a derivative of kaleo; a calling out, i.e. a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation.

of God,

Θεοῦ (Theou)

Noun - Genitive Masculine Singular

Strong's 2316: A deity, especially the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very.

I'm sorry, but their version seems to be too much on the nose of putting themselves into the bible with their own lingo and trying to pull it off like bible lingo.

αἵματος (haimatos)

Noun - Genitive Neuter Singular

Strong's 129: Blood, literally, figuratively or specially; by implication, bloodshed, also kindred.

Hm... seems like they removed something important here, I don't see why they would do this, except for anti-trinity bias.

Rom 6:7

For the one who has died has been acquitted from his sin.

has been freed

δεδικαίωται (dedikaiōtai)

Verb - Perfect Indicative Middle or Passive - 3rd Person Singular

I just really don't like the downplay...

What's going on here? Greek wrong or they are wrong? We fight alongside his spirit, not the flesh, we are not in accord with its lust, Jesus helps us because he is in us, as God is too, as he was in him. And Jesus in God. But you won't get half of that with the past few verses chopped up due to Trinity phobia that need not be there.
